WARRANTY:

All products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacture’s defects. Warranties may vary by product. All warranty returns must be authorized in writing.

RETURNS:

  • All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be shipped prepaid.
  • Balance credited to account only.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number.
  • No collect returns are accepted

FREIGHT:
  • All products are shipped F.O.B. Toronto, unless otherwise specified.


MINIMUM ORDER:

FASTENERS: $50.00 minimum order
PARTS: $25.00 minimum order
Orders below this amount are subject to a $25.00 dollar handling charge.
