  • πŸ“ Length: 3ΒΌβ€³ Β± 3⁄32β€³ (82.55 mm Β± 2.38 mm)

  • βš™οΈ Shank Diameter: 0.120β€³ Β± 0.004β€³

  • πŸͺ› Shank Type: Smooth or deformed (ring, screw, spiral)

  • πŸ”© Head: Altered round or T-head (must fit tool magazine)

  • βœ’οΈ Point: Diamond or chisel (per purchaser spec)

  • 🧲 Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy

  • πŸ§ͺ Ductility: Bend test per ASTM F680 (180Β° for unhardened, 20Β° for hardened)

  • 🎨 Finish: Bright, zinc-coated (A641/A153), mechanical zinc (B695), or HDG (A153)

  • βœ… Workmanship: Straight, clean, burr-free, uniform collation

  • 🏷️ Marking: Package must show spec, size, shank, material, finish, and count
