Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: The Crisp-Air Jam-Free Guarantee applies exclusively to collated fasteners under the Crisp-Air brand, manufactured and distributed by Crispo Canada Inc.
Original Purchaser: This guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser of Crisp-Air collated fasteners.
Claim Process: To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:
Complete the Crisp-Air Jam-Free Guarantee Claim Form in full.
Include a legible copy of the original sales receipt indicating the purchase price.
Enclose two sample strips of the collated fasteners.
Mail the completed form and accompanying documents to the address provided on the claim form.
Testing and Verification: Upon receipt of the claim form, original receipt, and fastener samples, Crispo Canada Inc. will conduct thorough testing to verify the validity of the claim. If testing confirms a fault in the fasteners, the claim will be processed accordingly. Additional verification and/or samples may be requested if necessary.
Modification or Termination: Crispo Canada Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the Crisp-Air Jam-Free Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
