Tool Warranty

Crispo Canada Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that your tool to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

During this period, Crispo Canada will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. This warranty is void if the unit has suffered any physical damage arising from improper use and/or the use of the wrong fasteners. In order to qualify for the warranty, the product must not be disassembled or modified in any way.

This is Crispo Canada’s only warranty and The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no direct case shall Crispo Canada be liable for any consequential damages for any reason.

If your air tool requires service, please return it to the place of purchase with your proof of purchase. The merchant will provide service or direct you to an authorized service centre. Freight costs, if any, must be borne by the purchaser, however, if the product proves defective, the unit will be returned to you prepaid.

Note: The original bill of sale showing serial # must be submitted for any warranty claims.
